NALDHAM HOUSE VICTORIAN FACADE RECREATION
Every element was drawn up and replicated off site and sent in crates for application to a masonry facade, building up the complex system of pilasters, arches, keystones, Corinthian heads, bracket consoles, and balustrading. All elements were made to match the other side of the building which was finished in the original 1888. The material used was full section precast; thin section GRC would have been easier and cheaper to make and to install. The budget and the timeline were exacting and both were met.

GOTHIC TRACERY ELEMENTS FOR A LARGE GREENHOUSE AND CONSERVATORY ON A COUNTRY ESTATE
The patterns and moulds were complex and exacting and the tolerances were down to 2 mm over a metre. The elements were completed in a special client specified version of our Coral Stone Finish. The project was completed on time and to a tight budget. The elements are all hollow so that the mortar fill with stainless reinforcing can make the elements structural. Our comparisons show that our costs are around 20% of the cost of carved natural stonework, with very little difference in appearance.

EDWARDIAN GARDEN
Based on the British Empire hill station tradition, the original garden was conserved and rebuilt in its original location. Queen Anne entry gates, fountains, a fine Tuscan cornice for the stable block, a massive Venetian obelisk, a Tuscan temple and a Doric pavilion overlooking the croquet lawn. Bordering the lawn is a fine run of Georgian 660 balustrading. This development was created as a property investment and showed excellent returns on its eventual sale.

ART DECO PROJECT IN A CBD OFFICE BLOCK
The elements were made in full section reformed stone to match natural white sandstone which was installed on adjacent panels. All of the moulded elements were made at our factory and installed on site within a tight 5 month timeframe. All designs were created in conjunction with the project architects and engineers. Our costs for reformed sandstone were less than half the costs for the same elements in natural stone with virtually identical appearance.

At our factory skilled craft techniques enable accurate and precise models, patterns and moulds and final thin section elements made for Paint Finish or for Stonefinish. We are able to create a DWG drawing then translate that into forms with authentic and correct profiles. Our craftspeople are practiced in creating these patterns and moulds economically and within a short timeframe. Call us for particulars of your requirements.
